camp

the boys are finishing up with PASS (Pioneer Athletic Super Summer) Camp.  they had such a blast doing different sports all week.  sweet pea says the college kids have almost talked him into going to DU someday (good work pioneers!).  he was slightly disappointed that he didn't pass the swim test at camp.  they made him wear a life vest.  hopefully he will not be scarred for life.  hee hee...

we have two tuesdays left together before both of the boys hit the books full time.  i can't believe that beans will be a kindie this year.  i told him he is forbidden to grow.  he was on to me.  he knew i was joking.  he did ask if we could have a little sister.  but then reconsidered when he realized it would shift the attention away from him.  he said maybe when he was 18.

soak it in friends.  before you know it the pool will be closed and we will be carving pumpkins in our wool sweaters.  until then, wrap yourselves up in kid love.  climb a fourteener.  bbq with your peeps.  prepare yourself for 38 if your birthday in on monday...and rock on.  have a great weekend!  xoxo
