lemonade stand

i just wanted to share a tidbit about our holiday weekend.  we had a lemonade stand.  sweet pea made the sign.  the lemonade (as you can see from the sign) cost 1.  as many customers asked, "1 what?"  smart kid left that open ended for a reason.  to one lucky car load of folks he replied, "whatcha got?"  they thought they were getting the shakedown in the country and eagerly scooted away.  or did they only scoot away because of the half drunk glass of lemonade my boy handed them?  the kids would stand by the roadside screaming LEMONADE at every passing car.  once as someone passed without stopping sweet pea said under his breath, "so is that a yes or a no on the lemonade...."  all of the neighbors came out with 1 of what they had.  pennies, quarters, dollars.  fun times!
