first grade

last year i promised that i would never go on a field trip/ bus ride with littles ever again.  and, happily, i went back on my promise today. 

i have been working in sweet pea's classroom all year.  grading papers, sharpening pencils, and reading with the first grade friends.  i have watched them grow.  i have seen their progress.  and i have marveled at these kind, compassionate children.  they amaze me.  i have been so blessed by them.
