wow. i miscalculated the amount of servings two cups of rice makes.
it's double.
so, thank you to everyone. from the deepest part of my soul. i just want to thank everyone who is coming together for this purpose. it is overwhelming to me that people i haven't talked to in years, people i know through this blog, family members, friends, even family members of friends are going to provide enough rice for 800 servings.
that's just crazy.
and amazing.
sigh...
