this was sitting on my desk.
i find it much more glamorous than the oscars.
heavy, heavy, embossed linen cardstock. calligraphy. vanity fair.
i know you are sick to death of hearing about PRECIOUS. and GABBY. and MO'NIQUE.
but seriously. how many times in your life do you get to be involved with a project that gets nominated 6 TIMES for the highest honor in its field? or get to know someone who may or may not be on stage accepting an academy award? or have met someone nominated for BEST ACTRESS? or have known an actual living person who will be at THE VANITY FAIR PARTY?!?
so humor me, please. just a few more times...because i'm really excited. in the infamous words of ron burgundy (edited to fit this situation), "it's kind of a big deal." although i will be viewing the festivities from an oscar party in denver....you know i'm going to talk about it on march 8th. i won't be able to help myself. so, please bear with me. that is all.
so did you help out with the movie? i think i missed something. LOVE the oscars!
