we did a walk/ run with the kids on saturday. our first family 5k.
i walked. brad and uncle zach ran. the kids ran, walked and rode in the stroller.
the DU athletic department handed out prizes for the kids who participated in the fun run. sweet pea was psyched to get a ribbon from one of the hockey players.
it was especially fun for me because my childhood friend was home from germany for the week and she joined us just in the knick of time with sweet baby paul.
i honestly fell in love with him from the moment i laid eyes on him. oh those eyes...oh that sweet baby goodness...i can barely contain myself!

there is something about the babies of good friends... you just love 'em to pieces!!
