sweet pea asked why we had a bathroom in our bedroom, and i said someday when you're old enough you can have your very own bathroom too. he said when i'm old enough to be a dad i'm going to move in here with you guys and sleep in your bed.....i said oh...when you are old enough to be a dad you will probably want to move away from us and have your own house. he got the cutest pouty look on his face and said, "i will NEVER want to move away from you mom!"
oh, i felt drunk with love. if i could live in that moment for eternity i would be so happy.
That is so sweet... such childhood innocence is fleeting, but we can enjoy it while it lasts.... my son told me that he did not ever want to be able to drive, because he wanted his mommy to take him everywhere.....
