the director at school reminded me the other day that i had not turned in a health history form for beans yet. sweet pea looked up at her and said (totally unprompted), "the stock market crashed and my mom's been pretty busy. but don't worry, her boss will be just fine." she looked at me and said, "what will your excuse be when the market goes back up?" i think work has been taking up a little too much time in our family lately.....
oh the honesty of children. sweet pea is so smart!
